Session Description: This session begins with an overview of the previous content of strategic thinking and strategic planning related to “the Golden Circle” (WHY, HOW, WHAT). In addition, attendees will examine the process of “strategic alignment: aligning the organization’s actions with its objectives.” Strategic alignment ensures that all actions and decisions align with “who you say you are” and that there are processes for consistent communication and measurement of progress. The presentation will close with a “think-session” and a training takeaway to plan the next steps to begin or continue the strategic course
