Microsoft Outlook 2010:
- Save the 2018-2019 Master Calendar Excel file to the location of your choice (desktop, C: drive, etc.)
- Right click on Mailbox and select “New folder…” A dialog box will open.
- Enter a name for which you want to call the Master Calendar items.
- Select “Calendar Items” from the drop down menu under “Folder Contains:”
- Select OK.
- Select File, Open, Import
- Click on “Import from another program or file.” Click Next.
- Click on “Microsoft Excel 97-2003.” Click Next.
- Click Browse and locate the Excel file which was downloaded from the website. Click Next.
- Ensure that the correct location is highlighted in the folder list. Click Next.
- Click Finish. The 2018-2019 Master Calendar dates have now been imported into your Outlook calendar.
Microsoft Outlook 2013 and 2016:
- Save the 2018-2019 Master Calendar CSV file to the location of your choice (desktop, C: drive, etc.)
- Open Outlook 2013 and click on the Calendar Tab in the lower left hand corner. Click on the “Folder” ribbon panel and choose “New Calendar”. A dialog box will open.
- Enter a name for which you want to call the Master Calendar items.
- Select “Calendar Items” from the drop down menu under “Folder Contains:”
- Select OK.
- Select File, Open & Export -> Import/Export
- Click on “Import from another program or file.” Click Next.
- Click on “Comma Separated Values.” Click Next.
- Click Browse and locate the CSV file which was downloaded from the website. Click Next.
- Ensure that the correct location is highlighted in the folder list. Click Next.
- Click Finish. The 2018-2019 Master Calendar dates have now been imported into your Outlook calendar.
