Individuals considered for appointment must be able to complete the following:
- Will you be able to attend regularly scheduled board meetings?
- Do you agree to complete six hours of board orientation and development during the first year of your appointment and three hours each year thereafter?
- Do you agree to complete an annual conflict of interest disclosure?
