Strategic Thinking Map Part One

March 9, 2015 – Novi, MI

This session is the first of a two part series to introduce the concept of creating and utilizing a strategic thinking map to illustrate “who you say you are” and communicate the unique value of your organization. Participants will identify critical elements of the organization’s mission, prioritize strategic objectives to be achieved by the organization and clearly describe what success looks like and how the organization provides value in a unique way. This will be facilitated in a case study format that will allow participants to create a strategic thinking map to obtain agreement on identified strategic objectives, communicate organizational priorities and value, establish clear roles and responsibilities as well as define measures and metrics to monitor progress and evaluate organizational effectiveness.
