Jessica is responsible for managing administrative functions, ensuring that all activities are conducted in accordance with university policies and procedures. She also manages the information technology team, setting IT goals and establishing policies to support the strategies outlined by executive leadership. Prior to joining the Center in 2001, Jessica was a certified public accountant with Plante Moran. She earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a major in accounting, from Central Michigan University.
