Strategic Thinking – Knowing Your Mission

December 10, 2015 – Novi, MI

This session begins with examining how great organizations think strategically and work collaboratively to accomplish the mission and vision. In addition, attendees will examine the school’s mission to ensure that all actions and decisions align to “who you say you are.” It will close with a “think-session” and a training takeaway to plan the next steps for the board and school leader to continue to be great strategic thinkers.
